Beni Bennett
Beni has been involved in homes his entire life, first working with his father as a contractor, builder and doing renovations. His knowledge in home construction led him to residential and commercial inspections, which he has been doing since 1998.
He uses his knowledge and experience to ensure his clients have a full understanding of the home they are looking to purchase, so that they can make an informed decision.
Beni is a proud father of three grown children and lives with his wife Nicole in Cloverdale, Surrey with their dog, Keyko and cat, Tuesday.

Ryan Kadow
Ryan joined the Northwood Team in April of 2017. Prior to working with Northwood, Ryan worked as a home inspector for 6 years under his own company. Before Ryan became a home inspector in 2010 Ryan work in the IT field as a trainer and research and development technologist. His intense eye for detail honed during his years working in IT has become one of the many assets Ryan relies on as a home inspector.
Ryan and his wife have lived in the Tri-cities for the last 10 years with their two daughters. They love the community feel of their neighbourhood and spend many summer evenings on brewers’ row and at Rocky Point Park with their daughters and their Chihuahua Milo.
Ryan and his wife also enjoy training for and completing Obstacle Course Races, most recently they travelled to Las Vegas to complete a Tough Mudder race.

Nicole Bennett
Nicole, Operations Manager for Northwood Home Inspections has been with the organization in a full time capacity since 2016.
Nicole started in career in Scotia Bank as Personal Banking Officer and a Mutual Funds Investment Advisor. She decided to leave the bank to work as a registered behavioral therapist in the Surrey school system. After 12 years working within this industry, Nicole decided to put her time and effort in the family business.
Nicole believes in providing her clients with a high level of customer service and takes pride in ensuring that when you call in, you are taken care of from the first phone call to the day you take possession of your new home.
Nicole has fostered children for 30 years off and on and when she has some spare time, Nicole loves hiking, spending time with her family and friends, and enjoying a glass of red wine.
